New drug combo aims to shrink kidney tumors before surgery

Summary

This study tests whether giving belzutifan alone, pembrolizumab alone, or both together before surgery can help control advanced clear cell kidney cancer. About 10 participants will receive one of these treatments before having part or all of their kidney removed. The goal is to see if the drugs are safe and help shrink the tumor before surgery.
