Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a combination of two drugs (toripalimab and RC48-ADC) plus radiation in 45 people with HER2-positive muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can eliminate the cancer and allow patients to keep their bladder after initial chemotherapy. Participants will receive the drugs before, during, and after radiation, with a year of maintenance therapy if they achieve a complete response.
