First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two treatments for muscle-invasive bladder cancer: radiation combined with chemotherapy versus surgery to remove the bladder. About 336 adults with this cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal is to see if the non-surgical approach works as well as surgery at preventing the cancer from spreading.
