Freeze and fight: new combo therapy aims to save bladders in High-Risk cancer

Summary

This study tests a new approach to treat high-risk bladder cancer without removing the bladder. It combines freezing the tumor during surgery with immunotherapy and low-dose chemotherapy. The goal is to control the cancer while preserving the bladder and quality of life. The study will enroll 180 adults with high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
