New drug aims to shrink hard-to-treat tumors in advanced cancer patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BL-B01D1 in 76 adults with advanced urinary system or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants will be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
