First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring how hard you bite can help dentists predict and prevent problems with dental implants. Researchers will measure bite force in 85 adults who already have implant-supported teeth and follow them for up to 10 years to track complications. The goal is to create personalized treatment plans that reduce the risk of implant failure.
