Summary

This research aims to better understand and predict mood episodes in bipolar disorder. Researchers will track 600 participants' sleep, activity, and decision-making using smartwatches and computer tasks. The goal is to find patterns that can help distinguish bipolar disorder from depression and spot early signs of upcoming manic or depressive episodes.
