Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational medicine called azetukalner can help reduce depressive symptoms in adults with bipolar I or II disorder. About 400 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study drug or a placebo for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression severity and overall functioning to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
