Summary

This study tests whether a device that emits light (biophoton therapy) can help control type 2 diabetes. About 46 adults with diabetes will either receive the real device or a placebo for 4 weeks, then everyone gets the real device for 8 more weeks. Researchers will measure blood sugar, cholesterol, and other health markers to see if the therapy works.
