Summary
This study is testing whether simple blood tests and brain scans can help doctors in primary care detect Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders earlier and more accurately. Researchers will recruit 1,200 adults with mild memory or thinking complaints. The goal is to improve diagnosis and ensure patients get the right care and referrals.
