Flat feet fix? biofeedback exercises show promise in new trial

NCT ID NCT07286773

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study compares two types of foot exercises for adults with flexible flat feet. One group does traditional short foot exercises, while the other uses biofeedback—a tool that gives real-time cues—to improve foot muscle control. Over 6 weeks, researchers will measure changes in foot posture, balance, and daily function. The goal is to see if adding biofeedback leads to better results.
