Summary

This study tests whether adding real-time biofeedback (like visual or audio cues) to balance exercises helps people who had a stroke more than standard training alone. 66 chronic stroke patients in Lahore will be split into three groups: task-specific training with biofeedback, without biofeedback, or conventional physical therapy. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure balance, fall risk, and daily function to see which approach works best.
