Summary
This study tests whether vestibular-oriented balance training or motor dual-task training, added to standard physiotherapy, better improves balance and reduces fall risk in people who had a stroke at least six months ago. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two training programs for several weeks. Researchers will measure stability and fall risk using a special balance platform and clinical tests. The goal is to find the most effective rehabilitation strategy to help stroke survivors move more safely.
