This study tests whether adding a mental or motor task — like counting or carrying an object — to balance exercises helps people with lower-limb prostheses improve their balance, mobility, and mental health. Participants are adults who lost a leg due to trauma and now use a prosthetic limb. They will be randomly assigned to either standard rehab or standard rehab plus dual-task balance training for six weeks, with three sessions per week.
