Summary
This trial tests whether a smart nursing AI agent can help middle-aged and older adults with mobility limitations improve their health self-management. Participants will be randomly assigned to either use the AI agent for 8 weeks or continue with standard health education. The study will measure changes in sarcopenia risk, nutrition, physical activity, and quality of life to see if the AI agent offers added benefits.
