Summary
This study tested a new approach that combines brainwave biofeedback with mindfulness meditation to help people manage stress. Eighty adults with mild to severe stress symptoms completed 10 sessions of neurofeedback training while meditating. The goal was to see if this training could improve stress regulation and reduce emotional distress.
