New drug targets a key Cancer-Causing mutation
NCT ID NCT04439344
Summary
This study is testing a drug called binimetinib in patients with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called an NRAS mutation. The drug works by blocking proteins that cancer cells with this mutation need to grow. Researchers want to see if the drug can shrink these hard-to-treat tumors or stop them from getting worse.
