Camp and coaching aim to curb binge eating in kids

Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week camp program can help children and teens (ages 7-14) who struggle with binge eating. Some parents will also receive special training to support their child. Researchers will follow participants for up to five years to see if the program reduces binge eating episodes and helps with weight management.
