Eye implant could replace daily drops for glaucoma patients having cataract surgery

Summary

This study tests a tiny implant that releases medication to lower eye pressure in people with glaucoma or high eye pressure who are also having cataract surgery. About 400 participants will receive either the implant during surgery or standard eye drops. The goal is to see if the implant works better at controlling eye pressure and improving vision.
