Summary
This trial tests an experimental drug, BGB-58067, in people with a newly diagnosed and aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma. The drug is designed to work specifically in tumors missing a certain gene (MTAP). The study first checks if the drug reaches the brain and affects cancer cells, then expands to see if it helps patients live longer. About 78 participants will be enrolled.
