Summary

This study looks at whether doing sit-to-stand exercises with a blood flow restriction cuff on the legs can improve back muscle endurance and balance better than the same exercises without the cuff. The study involves 70 healthy adults aged 20-25 who will exercise twice a week for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure back endurance, balance, and vital signs before and after the program to see if this simple method offers extra benefits.
