Summary

This study is testing whether adding a medication called bezafibrate to a person's current mood-stabilizing drugs can help reduce symptoms of depression in people with bipolar disorder. It will involve 30 adults over 8 weeks to check if the treatment is safe and shows signs of working. The goal is to gather early evidence to plan a larger, more definitive trial.
