Summary

This study looks at whether the BETY exercise program, which combines physical exercises with emotional and social support, can reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with knee osteoarthritis. Participants must have received a knee injection in the past month. The goal is to see if adding this program leads to better outcomes than injections alone.
