Summary
This study looks at whether special strategies—like real-time feedback and dedicated nurse support—can help ICU teams consistently use a set of proven care steps (the ABCDEF bundle) for adults on breathing machines. About 8,100 patients will take part across multiple ICUs. The goal is to see if these approaches improve how often patients receive all recommended care elements.
