First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 31, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a drug called berzosertib combined with radiation therapy for people with certain types of breast cancer that no longer respond to chemotherapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink or stabilize tumors better than radiation alone. About 42 adults with non-metastatic, HER2-negative breast cancer are taking part.
