New hope for aggressive brain cancer: experimental drug berubicin faces off against standard care

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called berubicin in adults whose glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain tumor) has come back after standard treatment. About 252 participants will receive either berubicin or the standard chemotherapy lomustine. The main goal is to see if berubicin helps people live longer. Researchers will also check if the drug shrinks tumors and how safe it is.
