Summary

This study follows 200 adults who have had or will have a procedure to fix a leaky or narrowed valve in the right side of the heart. Researchers track survival, unplanned hospital stays, and heart function using blood tests and ultrasound. The goal is to learn which treatments work best and how they affect patients' long-term health.
