Summary
This study follows 200 adults who have had or will have a procedure to fix a leaky or narrowed right heart valve. Researchers will check participants' health through blood tests, heart ultrasounds, and medical records for two months after the procedure. The goal is to learn which treatments work best and how they affect survival, hospital visits, and daily symptoms.
