First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study is testing whether crushing belumosudil tablets and mixing them with water changes how the drug is absorbed in people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). Only 8 participants who have had a stem cell transplant will take the drug both ways and have their blood levels measured. The goal is to see if crushing is a safe option for those who have trouble swallowing whole tablets.
