Mayo clinic tests lifestyle changes to fight debilitating migraines

Summary
This study is testing a new lifestyle and behavior program to help manage chronic migraine. Researchers will enroll 60 adults who have had chronic migraine for at least a year to see if the program is practical and acceptable. The main goals are to check if people can stick with the program and to measure if it reduces how often and how severe their migraines are.
