This study is testing whether a group-based support program called Horizons is practical and helpful for adults living with chronic graft-versus-host disease, a serious complication of stem cell transplants. The program aims to teach coping skills to improve quality of life. Researchers are measuring how many eligible patients join, attend the sessions, and stay in the study.
