Summary
This study looks at whether drinking beetroot juice (which contains natural nitrates) before bed can improve sleep quality and how well your brain and blood vessels work at night. Researchers at Mayo Clinic will study 60 healthy adults, both younger (18-35) and older (65-80). Participants will have their sleep and nerve activity measured overnight after taking the supplement.
