First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating lean beef every day can support brain health in healthy older adults aged 65 and up. Twenty participants will eat beef for two weeks and a non-beef food for two weeks, with breaks in between. Researchers will test blood, urine, stool, and saliva for markers related to memory and brain aging. The goal is to see if beef can be a simple food-based way to help keep the brain healthy.
