Summary

This study tests a program called Bedtime Stories that sends personalized sleep tips to caregivers' phones. The goal is to see if it helps improve sleep habits in children aged 5-11 from low-income or historically marginalized communities. About 75 caregivers in the Boston area will take part. The study focuses on whether the program is easy to use and actually works.
