Summary
This study is testing whether making simple changes to a person's bedroom and giving brief sleep tips can improve sleep for older adults. It focuses on people aged 65+ who live alone, have memory concerns, and have trouble sleeping. Researchers will visit participants' homes to help set up the changes and provide support over eight weeks to see if it helps.
