Summary

This study tests a drug called bedaquiline in children and teens (0 months to under 18 years) with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), a lung infection that does not respond to standard antibiotics. About 60 participants will receive bedaquiline along with other TB medications.
