This study tests whether adding a new drug called BEBT-209 to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors and help people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer live longer. About 446 women aged 18 to 75 will be randomly assigned to receive either BEBT-209 plus two chemo drugs or chemo alone. Researchers will monitor tumor response, survival, side effects, and quality of life.
