NCT ID NCT07346638
Summary
This study is testing a new 12-week group therapy program for women who have experienced interpersonal trauma (like physical or sexual abuse) and are currently having suicidal thoughts. The program combines psychological counseling with physical self-defense training, aiming to build confidence and resilience. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical to run and if it helps participants feel more capable of coping and reduces their suicidal thinking.
