Summary
This study follows 150 people who received a BDyn spine implant for degenerative disc disease to see how many need additional surgery at the level above the implant over at least 4 years. Participants will complete surveys, undergo imaging, and report any side effects. The goal is to understand the device's long-term safety and effectiveness.
