Summary
This study tests whether a modified version of Baduanjin, a gentle qigong exercise, is safe and helpful for people with colorectal cancer who have an ostomy. 258 participants will either do Baduanjin or walk five times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, fatigue, and overall quality of life to see if the exercise makes a difference.
