Summary
This study tests whether combining text message support for pregnant women who smoke with special training for their doctors can help them quit. About 840 participants will receive smoking cessation texts throughout pregnancy, and some doctors will get extra counseling training. The goal is to see if this approach leads to more women quitting smoking, confirmed by a urine test.
