Summary

This Phase 3 trial is testing a new drug called AZD5335 against standard treatments (like chemotherapy or another targeted drug) in about 1,100 women with a tough-to-treat type of ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if AZD5335 can slow cancer growth better than current options. Participants are grouped by whether their tumors have high or low levels of a protein called FRα.
