Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of a new drug called AZD1613 in 40 adults with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to check for side effects and how the drug moves through the body. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing, not to cure the disease.
