Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called AZD0120 for adults with three autoimmune diseases: systemic sclerosis, idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, and difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis. AZD0120 uses a patient's own immune cells that are modified in a lab to target and attack faulty immune cells driving the disease. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose for future studies.
