Summary
This study is for people with autoinflammatory diseases (like NOMID, DIRA, CANDLE, SAVI, and others) and their healthy relatives. Researchers want to learn what causes these diseases, how they change over time, and how they affect the body. Participants will have medical tests, imaging, and blood work, and may be followed for up to 15 years. No new treatments are being tested here.
