Summary

This study aims to learn more about autoinflammatory diseases, including juvenile dermatomyositis, by observing up to 5,000 patients and healthy volunteers over time. Researchers will collect medical history, blood samples, and imaging to understand disease causes and find better ways to track and treat these conditions. Participants visit the NIH for 2-5 days and may return for follow-up visits.
