Summary
This study aims to better understand certain immune cells (B cells) that mistakenly attack the body in autoimmune diseases like lupus and scleroderma. Researchers will analyze blood samples from 200 adults with these conditions or with immune deficiencies. The goal is to identify and characterize these harmful cells, which could lead to more targeted treatments in the future.
