Summary
This study tests whether training caregivers to use simple strategies during daily activities can improve communication and life skills in young autistic children. About 320 children aged 18-72 months and their caregivers in South Africa will take part. Caregivers will be coached by non-specialists, making the program easier to deliver in local communities.
