Summary

This study tests whether a device that gently stimulates the vagus nerve through the ear can improve how the body handles sugar and affect mood in people with obesity and prediabetes. Seventy participants will use the device for 45 minutes, three times a week for three months. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can help control blood sugar and insulin resistance.
