Summary
This study tests whether atosiban, a drug that relaxes the uterus, can improve live birth rates in women who have had previous implantation failure and abnormal uterine contractions. About 792 women aged 20-40 will receive either atosiban or a placebo before a single embryo transfer. The goal is to see if calming uterine movements helps the embryo implant successfully.
