First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug atezolizumab can shrink tumors in people with certain types of urothelial cancer before they have surgery. About 58 adults will receive two doses of the drug, which helps the immune system attack cancer cells. After treatment, they will have standard surgery to remove the tumor, and researchers will check how well the drug worked and if it is safe.
